The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is looking for Senior Health Support Officer 2025 in Ukhia.
Job Responsibilities:
Logistics Management:
- Oversee the storage, maintenance, and shipment of goods and materials.
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to health facilities.
Facility Maintenance:
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of health facilities.
- Oversee the maintenance of utilities such as water supply, electrical systems, and generators.
- Manage outsourced service providers for cleaning and technical services.
Supply Chain Management:
- Liaise with procurement and operations units for material procurement.
- Manage inventory of non-medical supplies and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Prepare and submit monthly stock and consumption reports.
Field Support Activities:
- Provide operational support to field teams and ensure smooth coordination.
- Assist in planning and managing the shipment of goods between project sites.
- Support emergency preparedness and response activities.
Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and submit regular operational reports to the Program Support Manager.
- Ensure all documentation related to logistics, maintenance, and supply chain is up-to-date and accurate.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
Experience (Including sector/industry)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Health facility/Logistic/Operation/Program support management
- Experience of working with UN Agencies or Non-Governmental Organizations
Language Efficiency
- People who have knowledge in Chittagogian language will get preference.
Knowledge, Skills & Competencies
- Very good skills MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal and team skills
- Dedications to humanitarian principles and values
- Dedications to and understanding of IRC’s aims, values and principles
Educational Qualification
- Minimum Graduation in relevant field
