Job Responsibilities:
Service Quality
- To provide high quality service to business banking clients.
- Ensure less number of business banking customer complaints.
- Anticipates customer needs and provides services that are beyond customer expectations.
- Uses customer insights to drive and guide the development of new offerings.
- Serves as a strategic partner to build, grow, and maintain profitable venture
Operations
- Own and drive Customer Due Diligence, Reputation Risk, Anti-Money Laundering, Sanction and FATCA initiatives.
- Establish Risk Recognition and Compliance Culture.
- Ensure Control Environment is robust enough to receive Satisfactory Audit Ratings.
- Ensure proper documentation for Wealth & Retail Banking (WRB) business banking products and keep the error rate within acceptable level.
- Ensure proper documentation for Dormant/ Unclaimed Account Regularization.
- Provide service/ answer enquiries to the clients over the counter and over telephone.
- Conduct Need Based Conversations and create sales opportunities.
Operational Risk/ Administration
- Work closely with Business Banking sales team in order to achieve targets set in revenue and numbers for Client Acquisition.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are duly adhere
People
- Have open channels of communications and maintain high levels of motivation.
- Help create an environment where the branch staff can operate as a team demonstrating the Values of the Bank
Health & Safety
- Ensure escalation of H&S related issues in a timely manner.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
Education
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from any reputed university
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant working experience
Role Specific Competencies
- Strong selling and inter-personal skills required convincing customers and selling bank products.
- Creativity in terms of meeting customer demands with existing products.
- Initiative and drive to achieve set targets and service standards.
- Adherence level of Bank’s policies and procedures
