Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee the work of Sales Executive (SR), Distribution Sales Representative (DSR)
- Meeting targets every day with sales executives
- Creating daily sales reports
- Complete daily delivery with DSRs
- Must lead a team of 10-15 Sales Executive (SR)
- Cash collection along with required documents from SR, DSR.
- Preparation of reports of bank deposits and other financial transactions.
- Prepare the financial report of the sales and submit it to the supervisor.
- Maintaining DB House
- Collecting checks and cash through corporate visits.
- Working under sales pressure.
- Maintain good relationships and coordination with other departments and their members to increase sales efforts.
- Keep regular company cash / stock updates (in-out).

Eligibilities
- Sound Knowledge in Advanced Excel Skills. (Pivot Table, V lookup, H Look Up, Sum If, Sum Ifs etc)
- Should have strong analytical & Problem-solving Skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Educational Requirements:
- Graduation in any Discipline.
Experience:
- Must have Minimum of 01 Years’ Experience in FMCG
