Robi is looking for Specialist, Platform Projects & Strategic Governance 2024 in Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Planning, Initiation and Managing IT Platform projects and BAU activities.

2. Create, maintain and update detailed project plans to drive expert schedule, resource and stakeholder management, monitor progress, develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications

3. Collaborate with internal teams/departments, senior managements to design, develop and effective implementation of projects

4. Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met

5. Proactively identify and mitigate project risk, and expeditiously resolve project issues

6. Effective capacity management of IT storage & backup systems for business continuation with utmost effectivity.

7. Manage new IT Service deployment with new solution followed-by strategic or regular business requirement to enhance end-user experience.

8. Participate in the overall improvement efforts of the Project Management team by seeking opportunities for feedback and development.

9. Design effective budget models for department, analyze financial information (e.g. capex & opex) to capture on annual budget, forecast and review budget requests for approval.

10. Provide support for IT Platform Planning & management related strategic activity and exercise, management & group reporting.

11. Provide updated contract management support for Platform relevant services/nodes.

12. Develop and support in building up optimized infrastructure for Data center, Audio/video solution, FinTech, CRM, SAP platforms.
