Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct customer analysis and segmentation to identify high-value customers and develop personalized strategies to increase their lifetime value.
  • Develop and execute customer engagement and retention programs, including loyalty programs, referral programs, and upselling/cross-selling initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted customer communications and campaigns that enhance the customer experience and drive retention.
  • Analyze customer feedback and behavior data to identify areas for improvement in the customer journey and develop and implement initiatives to address these issues.
  • Utilize data analytics to ensure that new products and services are aligned with customer needs and preferences.
  • Develop and implement customer satisfaction surveys and monitor feedback to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure that customer issues are addressed promptly and effectively and develop procedures to streamline the customer service process.
  • Analyze customer data and metrics to identify trends and insights and make recommendations for improvements to customer value management strategies.

Robi Axiata Limited, doing business as Robi, is the second largest mobile network operator in Bangladesh currently owned by two major stakeholders being Axiata and Bharti Airtel. The Specialist, Base Management is responsible for developing and executing strategies to maximize customer lifetime value by ensuring a positive customer experience, identifying opportunities to increase customer engagement and retention, and improving customer satisfaction levels. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Eligibilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
