Robi is hiring SME Business Manager, Enterprise Business Division, 2021 in Dhaka.

Explore and Plan area sales plan for SME segments and guide the team in ensuring healthy business growth to meet the business target through managing outsourced employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Explore the market with proper resources management & managing a strong relationship with key business partners & stakeholders (Internal and External)
  • Manage assigned zone’s overall business by monitoring of sales agencies and distributors.
  • Achieve individual sales KPI as set by the company (acquisition of A/C, retention of A/C, Customer Services, Solution Sales etc).
  • Monitor and train sales agencies & distributors to ensure business growth in assigned zone
  • Build an effective SME sales force by regular briefings, on-the-job & off-the-job training as well as establishing long term relationship with key partners through regular market visits
  • Execute the upskill program for third party field force to be competitive in the market in a solutions sales context
  • Develop and execute zone-specific account management strategy and planning to maintain current business and grab the opportunity of the market
  • Plan how to expand SME sales coverage & route organization plan to boost up sales & revenue of the zone
  • SME events and customer activity planning, execution, monitoring and follow-up
  • Ensure effective utilization of reports for day-to-day decision making & for improving the performance of distributors
  • Responsible for selection, recruitment & training of third party/outsourced SME sales representatives
  • Analyse all on the ground SME related information and competitors’ activities and provide strategic insights to the relevant team
