Job Responsibilities :
- Design, code and deliver highly scalable, reliable and fault tolerant systems with minimal guidance and maintain high development standards
- Translate business requirements into scalable and extensible design & declare timeline which should mutually matches with business expectation and GTM on time.
- Stakeholder communication related to deliverables, risks, changes and dependencies
- Maintain Sprint Delivery & Follow SCRUM framework guideline to develop and delivery service/product on time, testing, and continuously getting feedback from product owner and scrum master for sprint delivery. Participate on daily SCRUM meetings during running projects.
- Continuously improve code quality, product execution, and customer delight
- Willingness to learn new languages and methodologies. An enormous sense of ownership
- Engage in software performance analysis, tuning and optimization, Trouble shooting & Customer complaints handling within agreed SLA

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
• Academic Qualification:
- B.Sc./MSC in Information Technology/Telecommunications/Computer Science/Engineering from any reputed university.
• Skills required:
- 2 to 3 years years working experience record working in a fast moving and fluid environment. Have a record of accomplishment of designing, developing and implementing complex, low-latency, and preferably transaction-based applications and/or web services.
- Hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing and deploying applications on AngularJS, Node.js, CodeIgniter, Jquery, Ruby, Go or Java for large scale applications.
- Deep knowledge of Linux as a production environment
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, distributed systems, and asynchronous architectures. Good knowledge of Version Controlling(GIT).
- Expert in at least 1 of the following languages: Angular Js, Django, Python, Ruby, Go, Java, C, C++
- Proficient in OOP, including design patterns.
- Ability to design and implement low latency RESTful web services
- Hands-on coder who has built front end & backend services that handle high volume traffic.
- Accustomed with agile methodology for software development
- Data modelling experience in both Oracle and other Open source databases
- Ability to plan, prioritize, estimate and execute releases with good degree of predictability
- Ability to scope, review and refine user stories for technical completeness and to alleviate dependency risks
- Passion for learning new things, solving challenging problems
- Familiarity with Java Spring & Play Framework, trials and deployment will be added advantages
