Job responsibilities
FUNCTIONAL
- Assist in Maintaining Data Product portfolio
- Analyse market opportunities for new product development
- Launch & Monitor Campaigns necessary to drive business and ensure revenue growth
- Coordinate with Cross-functional teams for launching new products
- Coordinate with Cross-functional team to ensure effective communication on both ATL & BTL channels
- Take initiatives towards Data RGB & ARPU growth
LEADERSHIP/ PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
- Energize, excite and motive people to ensure ownership and departmental delivery
- Coach the functional team members to ensure that effective leadership practices are championed across the functional unit
- Create and lead a performance based culture
Robi is the second largest mobile network operator in Bangladesh with 46.88 Mn subscribers as of end of December 2018. The company commenced operation in 1997 as Telekom Malaysia International (Bangladesh) with the brand name ‘Aktel’. In 2010, it was rebranded as ‘Robi’ and the company changed its name to Robi Axiata Limited.

Eligibilities
Skills, Knowledge
- Proven track record of performance in same or similar field
- Interpretation of customer insight
- Project Management skills
- Technical knowhow and IT (GSM understanding) background preferred
- Strong planning and coordination skill
- Very strong interpersonal & leadership skills
Experiences:
- At least …4…years of experiences in the relevant field
Educational Qualification:
- BBA/MBA Or, B.Sc/ M.sc from a reputed University
