Responsibilities :
- Expert in handling utility services:
- Gas generator & Diesel generator
- All type of Air compressors
- HVAC system & AHUs
- Water purification plant for product
- Wastewater treatment plant.
- Advanced Electrical knowledge.
- Daily meeting with team members & Technicians related factory & plant machinery issues.
- Breakdown analysis through 5Ws (Why Why) and implementing Kaizens to increase MTTR & MTBF.
- Applying TPM pillars awareness in to reduce downtime & implementation of required pillar to technical team and production floor.
- Following Preventive maintenance & CBM technics and analyzing the daily issues
- Developing AMC & ARC to reduce the paperwork (POs & Offers) to control R&M budget
- Expert in handling all types of plant processing & packaging machines
- Works with NPS to source right engineering Equipment’s.

Eligibilities
Required qualifications and skills:
