Distribution Center Operations Officer (Contractual)
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating daily warehouse operations including inbound, storage, and outbound processes following the set policies.
- Communicate with distributors, get orders, and ensure timely dispatch of goods
- Support achievement of warehouse objectives and KPIs through timely execution and reporting
- Recommend and help implement operational improvements for efficiency and compliance
- Ensure adherence to Workplace Health & Safety procedures and assist in periodic safety and health risk assessments
- Maintain compliance with Reckitt Quality Management System (QMS) at the Distribution Center
- Help enforce policies, procedures, and work standards across all warehouse activities
- Prepare and update operational reports as required by management

Eligibilities
The educational background and experience we’re looking for
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any UGC Approved/ Foreign University.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply. However, candidates with maximum 1 year of experience in Supply Chain/ Logistics/ Warehouse Operations in an FMCG environment are also eligible to apply.
