Pathao is looking for Associate, Acquisition 2026 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities :
- Provide end-to-end incubation services to newly registered Pathao Courier merchants
- Ensure that new merchants are successfully onboarded and understand all relevant processes, tools, and services
- Identify and generate new merchant leads from both online and offline sources
- Convert assigned leads into active, operational merchants within defined timelines
- Ensure month-over-month retention of onboarded merchants through proactive engagement and support
- Educate merchants about new features, services, promotions, and updates offered by Pathao
- Act as the primary point of contact between merchants and internal Courier teams (Operations, Customer Support, Tech, etc.)
- Address and resolve merchant queries and operational issues in a timely and effective manner
- Negotiate pricing for standard and value-added courier services based on merchant needs and volume
- Collect merchant feedback regularly and share insights with relevant teams for continuous service improvement
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports for quantitative and qualitative evaluation of acquisition and retention efforts
- Ensure KPI is properly tracked and maintained aligned with management

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
- Experience in direct sales, FMCG Sales, or a similar customer-facing role will get preference
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, report generation
- Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work under pressure
- A proactive and customer-first mindset with a passion for solving problems
