Job Responsibilities:

โ€ข Manage and lead the recruitment and hiring efforts of the company
โ€ข Develop & execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talents
โ€ข Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions
โ€ข Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and skills
โ€ข Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through various channels
โ€ข Develop and keep track of all relevant recruiting metrics
โ€ข Collaborate with external recruitment agencies (if required)
โ€ข Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment & talent acquisition

โ€ข Develop and execute employer branding strategies to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice
โ€ข Craft compelling messaging and materials that showcase the company’s culture, values, and benefits
โ€ข Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to align branding efforts
โ€ข Monitor online and offline presence to ensure a positive employer brand image
โ€ข Engage with current employees to gather testimonials and stories for branding purposes
โ€ข Analyze and measure the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives

โ€ข Provide coaching and support to managers on employee engagement best practices
โ€ข Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to measure the impact of initiatives.

Job Requirements:

โ€ข At Least 3 to 5 years of experience in a relevant role
โ€ข Knowledge of leading practices and trends in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, and Employee Engagement
โ€ข Positive attitude to drive changes with keen eyes for improvement
โ€ข Meticulous, analytical, and strong solution provider
โ€ข Good hold over G-suit collaboration tools (Google Sheet, Doc & Slides)
