Job Responsibilities:

𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 & 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐀𝐜𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

• Manage and lead the recruitment and hiring efforts of the company
• Develop & execute recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talents
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and skills
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through various channels
• Develop and keep track of all relevant recruiting metrics
• Collaborate with external recruitment agencies (if required)
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment & talent acquisition

𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐫 𝐁𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠:

• Develop and execute employer branding strategies to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice
• Craft compelling messaging and materials that showcase the company’s culture, values, and benefits
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to align branding efforts
• Monitor online and offline presence to ensure a positive employer brand image
• Engage with current employees to gather testimonials and stories for branding purposes
• Analyze and measure the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives

𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐞 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:

• Design and implement employee engagement programs and initiatives
• Conduct surveys and gather feedback to assess employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that promote a positive work environment
• Organize events, workshops, and activities to foster team building and employee morale
• Provide coaching and support to managers on employee engagement best practices
• Monitor and analyze engagement metrics to measure the impact of initiatives.
