Optimizely is looking for Staff Software Engineer 2025 in Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize request latency across the entire Graph service stack, from GraphQL API to microservices in Kubernetes.
- Conduct in-depth latency analysis and profiling to identify performance bottlenecks in API, microservices, and data layers.
- Optimize GraphQL API query resolution, caching mechanisms, and microservice resource utilization.
- Collaborate closely with Elasticsearch Engineer to optimize Elasticsearch queries.
- Ensure efficient and performant data ingestion pipelines.
- Develop and execute load tests and benchmarks to simulate real-world traffic and identify scaling limits.
- Communicate performance findings and propose solutions to development teams.
- Apply strong expertise in performance engineering, distributed systems, profiling tools, and optimization techniques.
- Leverage experience with GraphQL, microservices, Kubernetes, and Elasticsearch for service improvements.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
Experience required:
- 3+ years’ experience of developing and managing services in production
- Experience improving request latency for complex services
- Experience developing with TypeScript
- Experience in Kubernetes, Docker etc. and/ or serverless cloud stacks
- Expertise with API design and development of GraphQL or RESTful web services
- Experience partnering closely with internal stakeholders, to gain a strong understanding of business and product data needs
- You find satisfaction in being a force multiplier for your colleagues
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or engineering or related experience require
