Job Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership: Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Product Recommendations product. Balance near-term customer value with long-term business goals, and apply data-driven prioritization principles to make trade-offs across customer requests, tech debt, and new investments.
- Customer Voice & Discovery: Be the voice of the customer by gathering direct feedback from users and stakeholders. Drive discovery and research to validate customer problems and identify high-impact opportunities.
- Agile Execution & Delivery: Draft highly detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) with early inputs from Engineering and UX. Partner closely with Engineering, UX, and Data/Analytics teams to deliver high-quality capabilities from concept through launch in an agile/scrum environment.
- Stakeholder Alignment & Evangelism: Connect company objectives to the team’s work by defining clear problem statements and success metrics (KPIs/OKRs). Collaborate with GTM partners (Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success) to support enablement, packaging, and messaging, while acting as a visible internal and external spokesperson for the product.
- Product Health Monitoring: Monitor key product health signals such as usage, reliability, and performance. Work alongside partners to diagnose issues, prioritize fixes, and continually strengthen organizational processes and documentation.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of SaaS product management experience, with a proven track record of delivering quality, on-time product deliverables.
- Experience owning a product area end-to-end (discovery, requirements, delivery, launch, and iteration).
- Familiarity with eCommerce product/catalog concepts and how they affect recommendations.
- Experience with rapid experimentation to learn quickly, iterate, and handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, keen business acumen, and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent English communication and collaboration skills to successfully work across global functions and stakeholder levels.
- Ability to work the specified hybrid shift: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM Dhaka time.
