Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain the OMVP program strategy, goals, and processes.
- Identify, onboard, and engage potential OMVP candidates, managing the nomination and selection process.
- Coordinate and manage OMVP rewards, benefits, and recognition efforts.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between OMVPs and Optimizely stakeholders, including product teams, education, and marketing.
- Collect, analyze, and report on MVP performance metrics, assessing the program’s success and impact.
- Foster relationships with MVPs and ensure their ongoing commitment to the program.
- Continuously improve the MVP program based on feedback, metrics, and industry best practices.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of product marketing experience or event planning experience.
- Worked in B2B, enterprise software or SaaS/Cloud space before and ready to share and implement best practices.
- Experience working with vendors > restaurants, hotels, meeting spaces, SWAG providers etc.
- A strong interest in becoming the product expert and bringing the voice of the customer to the product development and launch process.
- Strong internal and external collaborator and communicator.
- Technical writing experience a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using Optimizely products a plus.
