Job Responsibilities:
- Interpret data, analyse results, and provide ongoing reports.
- Develop and supply strategic reporting, including: quarterly summaries, monthly trends, week-over-week analysis, and daily reporting
- Building digestible dashboards that report and drive change within the business
- Assist with trend reporting on case studies to help operations leadership in seeking to understand the root cause
- Maintain and develop business relationships with key stakeholders
- Assist with implementing databases, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize operational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Uses data patterns and trends to root cause operational gaps and inefficiency, and develop solutions in collaboration with teams.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Mathematics or equivalent
- 2+ years working experience as a data analyst or similar technical role
- Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (PowerBI, Tableau, etc.) and Databases (SQL): (Snowflake is a plus)
- Excellent communicator and the ability to make complex problems simple.
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc.)
- Comfortable working with Raw data to create tables and views with our engineers
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
