Optimizely is Hiring Renewals Desk Specialist 2024 in Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:

  •  Serve as primary point of escalation for deal structuring/ contract guidance specific to renewals support.
  • Play a role in contract drafting and negotiation of business terms.
  • Support the Salesforce CRM/CPQ system specific to Renewals and Customer Success organizations.
  • Validate the accuracy of information entered in Salesforce CRM against executed renewal and change orders/contracts                                                                                                                                                                           *Along with any other tasks assigned by the hiring manager*

Eligibilities

Job Requirements:

  • 3 years industry experience
  • Expertise in Excel
  • Expertise in Salesforce
  • Key attention to detail
  • Excellent written, analytical; and business development skills
  • Possess strong and effective planning, execution, presentation, communications, negotiations and multi-tasking skills.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership in his/her work.
  • Willing to work outside of normal Dhaka work hours.

Education

Relevant bachelor’s degree or higher
