Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct end-to-end research and development for new business models, feature expansion, or market entry—from initial ideation to final insight delivery.
- Evaluate product performance, user behavior, and industry dynamics to uncover growth hypotheses and shape innovation strategies.
- Lead competitive intelligence initiatives by analyzing positioning, pricing, features, and campaigns of global fintech and prop trading firms.
- Identify areas of market saturation, unmet user needs, and friction points to inform product, growth, and strategic direction.
- Investigate internal funnels, segments, and geographies to detect patterns, anomalies, and actionable opportunities.
- Respond to ad hoc data requests with timely, high-quality analysis that supports key decisions across departments.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience in Business Research, Strategy, Product Analytics, or Growth R&D.
- Degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields.
- Ability to conduct research independently, with minimal supervision.
- Hands-on proficiency in Google Sheets, SQL, and at least one programming language (Python or R).
- Working knowledge of BI tools like Metabase, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- High business acumen—you understand how features, pricing, and positioning influence growth.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity and drive action through insight.
- Experience or deep interest in fintech, investment platforms, or the trading industry is a strong plus.
- The drive to quickly understand our industry landscape—showing strong initiative and performance in training during your first month.
