- Monthly ৳45,000 during the training period,
- On successful completion of the training period, MTs will be absorbed as Executive Officer with monthly ৳62,000 salary and other benefits as per company policy.
Eligibilities
Educational Requirements:
- MBM/MBA/Masters in any discipline from any recognized Public/Private/Foreign University
- At least 3 (three) 1st Class/Division or its equivalent CGPA in entire academic record
- Minimum “5 B” in O-Level and “2 B” in A-Level (in case of English Medium Students)
- Only published results are acceptable

- Positive Attitude and Desire to Learn
- Effective Communication Skill
- Strong Knowledge on Computer
Other Information
- You are required to sign an Indemnity Bond to serve the Bank for a minimum period of 3 (three) years.
