Responsibilities:
Operational Management:
- Ensure / Implement Go Green initiative on all Quality & Processes for self KPIs. All gaps
- to be plugged within timelines agreed upon in discussion with Group Head
- Ensure projects are completed within timeline and with great quality
- Ensure financial processes are adhered to and settlements are done within the specified timeline
- Support Manager to ensure a constant pool of freelancers for all current and future projects
- Implement all new initiatives
- Freelance Team needs to be trained on all processes related to data collection.
- Ensuring effective and optimal use of organization provided equipment and software and following protocols for data security.
Client Servicing
- Ensuring the client is serviced on all deliverables as per mutually agreed timelines & providing solutions at all stages of data collection to ensure nil escalations.
- Responsiveness to clients through on‐time communication.
- Any issues to be proactively raised with the client and resolved
Freelancer Management
- Coach, guide, and develop Interviewers / Team Leaders with a special focus on the right approach, right questionnaire administration skills, and technology
- Ensure each freelance team member [Interviewer / Supervisor] is clear on their role and responsibility and aware where they stand through regular feedback
- Establish high standards of performance and hold Freelance team members firmly accountable for meeting the Output [productivity, quality, financial] standards
- Provide support, recognition, and feedback to assist team members [Freelancers] to achieve their performance standards
