Job Responsibilities:
- Receive, log, and resolve customer complaints in line with HSBC’s global standards and Bangladesh Bank regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure timely resolution and fair customer outcomes.
- Provide outstanding customer service on account closure, loan transfer, govt. Bond transfer, other closure related services to the exiting IWPB customers.
- Prepare documentation and reporting for management review and audit readiness.
- Monitor call handling, escalation processes, and customer communication standards.
- Execute administrative and operational tasks related to the wind down of IWPB services.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth transition of residual activities.
