Responsibilities
- Preparing, compiling, and sorting information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
- Explain, manage data entry tasks to Data Entry Executives and monitor their progress timely.
- Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors and correct any incompatibilities to ensure the accuracy of data input.
- Use scripts and other automation tools to sanitize data.
- Identify technical development opportunities.
- Communicate and provide data effectively with/to other departments as required.
- Analyze data to find shortcomings in procurement.
- Data integrity and availability including monitoring and creation of backups.
- Research into specific automobiles and auto parts, present data and collaborate effectively to build database of car parts and vehicles.
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, perform necessary backup operations and other business intelligence as required.
- Ability to navigate independently, understand complex instructions to make decisions, and approach work with exceptionally meticulous attention to detail
- Interacting and communicating with team members across various lines of the business.
- Identify areas of improvement; guide the team to implement improvement measures and work closely with Coordinators.
- Maintain confidentiality, respect privacy and preserve the product and brand information of Hajee Automobiles and Carxparts.

Eligibilities
Qualification
- 1+ years of experience in a relevant position.
- Bachelor’s or Master level degree in Computer Science, Data Science or Engineering from a reputed university, or equivalent practical experience.
Technical Skills
- Expertise in SQL (preferably MySQL)
- Solid understanding of Database Management Systems
- Experience with Data Modeling or Entity Relationship modeling
- Excel, Google Spreadsheet
- Data Analysis
- Python Programming Language
- Scripting and Web Scraping
- Some background knowledge in web development
Good to Have
- A passion for data, technology, cars and most importantly, helping others.
- Experience with Data Modeling— analyzing customer requirements and modeling Data according to business requirements.
- Expert understanding of various SQL databases— PostreSQL, MySQL, Oracle, MS SQL
- Experience with NoSQL technologies — DynamoDB, MongoDB, Elasticsearch
- Experience with Data Science, Data Engineering, Data Mining, Machine Learning, Statistical Modeling and Artificial Intelligence
- Python expertise— Pandas, DataFrames, Apache Spark, Selenium, ScraPy
- Experience with Data Visualization and building Dashboards
- Customer and Product Analytics platforms
- Test Automation and Cloud technologies
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Knowledge of building highly scalable, data-intensive systems
