G4S is hiring Officer-Teller in Dhaka 2025

Job Responsibilities:

  • Start the collection process at the counter opening hour.
  • Receiving bills and ensuring data entry in the Systems for all the transactions.
  • At the end of the day, Teller will reconcile the total amount collected with total bills processed & send the confirmation to the reconcile server.
  • Make each transaction and upload to be verified with source documents to reconcile server & i payments with a chopper on the advice (Creating batches).
  • Teller will validate the EOD summary report & retain the documents. with CC copy of the bill/advice will be sent to the respective branches/companies.
  • Teller will ensure deposition of the collected cash to designated client branches and preserve deposited documents for future reference.
  • Communicating with clients for confirmation of data transfer with the central server of the client.
  • Preparing necessary requisitions of revenue stamps, indents, and delivering to the messenger.
  • Generating reports related to the collection centers and sending necessary reports to the clients and G4S concerned manager/control room.
  • Receive customer complaints and feedback (if any) and forward to the concerned.
