Job Responsibilities:
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any matters specific to Vendors
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with vendors, acting as the primary point of contact for all business metrics.
- Develop and implement strategies for vendors’ growth and retention.
- Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and identifying opportunities to maximize revenue.
- Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyzing data to assess account performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
