Job Responsibilities:
- Working with assigned Customer Service Requests (CSR) on Ericsson applications, using support tools and according to support processes and procedures.
- Analyse Application/platform problems and identify suitable solutions to these problems.
- Fix and resolve problems to stabilize and optimize customer networks.
- Through contact with external customers, capture data and information about any specific problem that has been reported to Ericsson.
- Work, collaborate, and communicate in an international environment, both with colleagues internally as well as customers and 3rd Party Teams.
- You may have the opportunity to travel internationally and work in different cultural environments.
- Long-term work with Cloud-based Ericsson solutions.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years’ experience in Catalog & Order Management; knowledge of BSS systems (Charging, BSCS, EMM) is a plus.
- Expertise in business processes, workflows, interface calls, and digital CRM service provisioning.
- Strong grasp of order orchestration with Ericsson Order Care & Catalogue Management.
- Deep knowledge of prepaid lifecycle, postpaid bill cycles, and catalog-driven orchestration.
- Skilled in business rules, info models, order catalog exception handling, workflows, and error management.
- Experience developing business processes in Order Catalog.
- Hands-on with Red Hat Linux, cloud-native technologies, Kubernetes production support.
- Proficient in Oracle, PostgreSQL, or Cassandra.
Good to Have
- Knowledge of XML/XSD/JSON, Java, Velocity Studio, and Java scripting.
- Experience managing Cassandra/EDB databases and handling production defects.
- Understanding of full platform/infrastructure (ECCD, AWS).
- Familiarity with CI/CD, observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, NewRelic).
- Background in DevOps & Agile environments.
- Strong troubleshooting skills; ability to resolve complex technical issues independently.
- Knowledge of OSS/BSS platforms; CKA certification is a plus.
