Job Responsibilities:
- Working with assigned Customer Service Requests (CSR) on Ericsson applications, using support tools and according to support processes and procedures.
- Analyze Application/platform problems and identify suitable solutions to these problems.
- Fix and resolve problems to stabilize and optimize customer networks.
- Through contact with external customers, capture data and information about any specific problem that has been reported to Ericsson.
- Work, collaborate, and communicate in an international environment, both with colleagues internally as well as customers and 3rd Party Teams.
- You may have the opportunity to travel internationally and work in different cultural environments.
- Long-term work with Cloud-based Ericsson solutions.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Catalog and Order Management.
- Expertise in Ericsson Catalog Manager (ECM) and Ericsson Order Care (EOC).
- Familiarity with BSS systems such as Charging System, BSCS, and EMM.
- Experience with SID model-based product configuration and catalog publishing.
- Proficient in REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, XSD, Java, JavaScript, and Velocity Studio.
- Skilled with Cassandra and EDB databases.
- Strong knowledge of business process workflows, interface calls, and business rules in EOC.
- Experience with error handling, exception management, and workflow manager in EOC.
- Hands-on with service provisioning via digital CRM platforms and order orchestration flows.
- Deep understanding of Prepaid Lifecycle and Postpaid Bill Cycle.
- Background in catalog-driven orchestration and business process development.
- Experienced in DevOps practices, agile environments, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficient with Kubernetes (CKA certification is a plus) and cloud platforms like ECCD or AWS.
- Familiarity with observability tools including Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, and NewRelic.
- Experienced in managing production defects and performing complex troubleshooting.
- Strong grasp of upstream IT OSS/BSS platforms.
- Ability to quickly learn existing applications and system flows.
