Job responsibilities:
- Deliver great customer service to all internal and external clients with a focus on professionalism, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Recommend different educational materials.
- Offer all applicable training (policies, operational procedures, etc.) to new and current personnel, both face to face and by telephone/video conference, and continue to deliver updates regarding changes in regulations and assist in their implementation across the organization to all relevant employees.
- Participate in (and lead) company-wide programs to reflect compliance standards, as well as manage (and lead) compliance team-initiated projects. Coordinate and track all immigration activities end to end process.
- Visa Process and documentation required for visa.
- Build and maintain close relationships with clients and respond to their queries.
- Maintain periodic Visa status records.
- Professionally address client queries, both directly and indirectly.
- Manage emergency changes/cancellations in a professional and calm manner.
- Handle visa applications and formalities promptly.
- Awareness about international travel regulations.

Requirements and skills:
- BBA/MBA in Marketing or a related discipline.
- 2 years of job experience in the relevant field is preferable.
- Relevant subject discipline knowledge may be advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
