Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient rental negotiation & gather information from team to analysis and prepare report identifying improvement areas and suggesting the best way forward.
- Prioritize, coordinate, and properly allocate works among team for Colocation, B2S, Relocation, amendments, and Renewal sites
- Supervise outsource resources to ensure E2E delivery on time maintaining pre-determined rental threshold
- Contribute in setting the realistic savings target and KPIs for Property Management team
- Develop stringent SLA for vendors, allocate works & supervise them to ensure effective delivery timely
- Actively participate to standardize the negotiation processes, critical sites negotiation, re-negotiation & dispute resolution through physical presence
- Promptly represent Project Management team in meetings with customers, aware them regarding on field experiences of negotiations aspiring to get the targeted go-ahead from customers
- Proactively maintain a master database for team coordination, follow up & project progress
- Perform weekly reporting and present to management & stakeholders based on requirements
- Prepare final negotiated documents and update in EASI system and Follow-up the approval milestones
- Act as team coordinator for resolution of issues with Legal & Finance billing team subject to lease agreements & payments

Eligibilities
Academic Qualification:
BBA/BBS major in Finance/Management or Post graduate in Law from reputed university
Working Experience:
- Minimum 1/2 Years of working experience in related field from telco infrastructure sector will be preferred
- Knowledge of land law, measurement, and tower (BTS) structure & type will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of geographical location and local culture will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of banking transactions as well as local VAT/TAX regulations will be an added advantage
