Responsibilities

  • Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
  • Work as the main communicator between the clients and the employees.
  • Monitoring employee performance, attendance, and work note on a daily basis.
  • Need to take international phone calls.
  • Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
  • Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and give proper information on a timely basis.
  • Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
  • Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
  • Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.

  • Monthly remuneration 25,000-30,000 BDT.
  • 6 months of the probation period and there will be an increment after completing the probation period, based on the performance.

Eligibilities

  • 100% English Fluency is a MUST. You need to communicate with North Americans only so we need someone who can rate their English speaking and communication proficiency 10 out of 10. Please do not apply if you rate your English Speaking and Writing skill even 8 out of 10.
  • Candidates from NSU, BRAC, and IUB are encouraged to apply if actively participated in English language club events or debating events.
  • Candidates who have a background of O levels and A levels will get the advantage in this recruitment.
  • Please apply ONLY if you have a degree in Business Administration or English.
  • Proven experience as an HR officer or admin-related job will get the advantage.
  • Need to have 100% email communication skills.
  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.)
  • Must be a tech-savvy person. Need to have a good typing speed (Not a typing job of course but we do not want someone who types by seeing the keyboard!)
  • Need to work in a hybrid position (On-site/off-site) but mostly it is a REMOTE job so you need to have a laptop/desktop at your home with a stable internet connection.
  • Need to work in the Canadian/EST time zone. BST 6:00PM to 3:00AM
