Daraz is looking for Live Commerce Influencer & Affiliation Manager 2022 in Dhaka
Major Responsibilities
- Segment, prioritize and plan the Key Opinion Leader (KOL) acquisition plan for LS.
- Analyze data to determine the most efficient incentive schemes for Key Opinion Leader (KOL) to drive views, engagement, order, and GMV.
- Set targets at a team level and individual level for each team member. Lead KOL performance management strategies at a local level and ensure integration with regional objectives.
- Record and analyze KOL performance and tabulate results with actionable next steps.
- Hire and structure the team to onboard, grow and retain both KOL based on the overall content & format strategies
- Ensure training and onboarding of all KOL related teams members at local level.
- Set metrics and KPIs for KOL success onboarding, engagement, sales and retention.
- Work very closely with local marketing, affiliates, commercials and operations teams to maximize synergies and share knowledge.
- Design and monetize Key Opinion Leader (KOL) packages to leverage on brand’s support.
- Manage budgeting and finances for KOLs to achieve cost-efficiency.

Eligibilities
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration from any reputed university
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in marketing, Brand Management, key account management or management in an e-Commerce company or fast-growing startup.
- Excellent mentoring, negotiation and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability and experience delivering compelling presentations and business reviews to leaders, clients and executives.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Driving attitude in a high-growth environment.
- Quickly adaptable to work with cross-functional teams.
