Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and case precedents.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and editing legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and memoranda.
- Support the legal team in preparing case files and documentation for meetings and court proceedings.
- Participate in client meetings, taking notes and providing summaries as needed.
- Organize and maintain legal files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and properly filed.
- Assist in compliance monitoring and reporting activities.
- Perform administrative tasks to support the legal department’s functions.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Recently graduated from a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) or Master of Laws (LL.M) program.
- Strong academic record with coursework in relevant legal subjects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bengali.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
