Daraz is looking for Customer Support Agent (Customer Experience) 2022 in Dhaka

Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality service to the customers over Live Chat.
  • Capture customer insights and escalate issues to other internal departments.
  • Maintain targeted KPI on a regular basis.
  • Maintain high standard of service quality as per the requirement of the organization.
  • Answering incoming calls from customers and ensure instant customer satisfaction on product query.
  • Responsible for making outbound and follow-up calls.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding product quality, complaints and feedbacks.
  • Receiving customer complaints and input those in the system for necessary measures.
  • Maintaining high standard of call quality as per the requirement of the organization.
