Daraz is hiring Team Lead-Acquisition 2023 in Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:

  •  Ensuring a city’s growth by helping the sellers through business development.
  •  Monitor to source & ensure enough products are visible from the cities.
  •  Creating a route plan for the agents to pitch new sellers.
  •  Build up strategies for seller’s health checks & to ensure inactive sellers into active mode.
  •  Supervising the hunting list creation of markets, and sellers along with categories to meet the seller sign-up target.
  •  Identifying the market by facilitating onboarding of leads based on CAT.
  • Monitor to ensure created leads are verified by providing the required documents.
  •  Split lead-verification, assortment, and active targets to agents and monitor that daily-weekly basis.
  •  Training of workflow, work knowledge, company policies, work environment, etc. of newly recruited agents and new policies to existing agents.
  •  Monitor to ensure sellers are getting basic training in ASC and refer them to the incubation team for advanced training in ASC.
  •  Set GTM schedule.
  •  Initiatives to roll out offline activities to ensure proper growth.
  •  Chase campaign participation target (TB participation/DHL/RDHL/Top selling etc.)
  • Analyzing data to track the performance of the team and identifying development opportunities and acting upon them to ensure target achievement.

  • Must be a Graduate.
  •  2-3 Years of professional experience in Seller Acquisition/Sales or Relevant Field.
  • Strong Analytical ability with sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Decision Making, Communication & Problem Solving Skills.
  • Able to work under pressure.
