Daraz is hiring Junior Executive – Onsite (DarazMall) 2022 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Campaign Ownership: End to end management of all the Daraz Mall campaigns and close coordination on execution and SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) creation.
- App Engagement: Create different mechanisms to make sure high customer engagement. Need to develop campaign strategies, tractions to ensure customer retention.
- Platform Management: Manage ownership of landing page to ensure high traffic on campaign pages by making full use of campaign related real estates.
- Campaign Strategies: Coordinate with the category teams and Key Account Managers in order to design appropriate campaigns to meet KPI.
- Report Formulation: Keep track of traffic data in the Daraz Mall Landing Page and take actions and initiatives to improve it.

Eligibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in CSE / MIS / Business administration from any reputed university.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in relevant field. (Freshers are also encouraged to apply)
- Proficient in MS office & analytical skills.
- Self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to get hands-on in a complex operational environment.
- Must be process orientated and a logical thinker with good attention to detail.
