Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Seller Community through internal and external channels.
- Grow Daraz as a Seller Brand through collaboration with Commercial and Marketing
- Continuously work on Seller value management for consistent growth
- Develop overall platform’s strategy for seller engagement across different mediums (online and offline).
- Roll out Seller Communications [in English and Bangla] based on Strategic Focus.
- Conduct Weekly, Monthly Seller surveys in person to identify pain points and work on improvement.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from any reputed University.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Project Management and Copywriting.
- Strong written and spoken skills in English and Bangla.
- The ability to engage with stakeholders across different functions with empathy to drive results.
- The ability to analyses problems independently and develop potential solutions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project management skills.
- Ability to work across markets and functions in a fast-paced environment.
