Job Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Product Management: Lead the product lifecycle from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
- Structured Problem-Solving: Identify and analyze complex business challenges, break them down into manageable components, and develop logical solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between business, technology, and operations teams, ensuring streamlined communication and execution.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage structured data analysis and insights to measure product performance, optimize workflows, and drive continuous improvements.
- Process Optimization: Develop scalable, systematic processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and reliability.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks, analyze impact, and develop structured mitigation plans.
- Project Management: Manage multiple initiatives in parallel, ensuring a structured and disciplined approach to execution.
- Vendor & Integration Management: Oversee external partners and system integrations to ensure seamless functionality.
- Issue Resolution: Manage and analyze CXP system bugs, escalate them to appropriate teams, and implement logical solutions for long-term stability.
- AI Evaluation Framework: Define technical & qualitative acceptance criteria for the model performance, including model accuracy, latency and precision, improving adoption rate of the AI product.
- ML Ops: Participate in technical design discussions about product architecture, model limitations, training data needs, deployment pipelines, and scaling challenges while keeping the business team aligned.
- Product Roadmap: Assist in the business owner to plan & implement new ideas and features through market research & user feedback.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Computing, AI or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or product operations, preferably with some experience in E-commerce, customer experience, or AI domains.
- Strong understanding of product development frameworks, Agile methodologies, and structured problem-solving techniques.
- Proven ability to design and implement structured, scalable processes for efficiency and reliability.
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to align diverse teams toward common goals.
- Experience with system integrations, third-party vendor management, and operational workflows.
- Strong command over Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis. Knowledge of basic programming languages such as SQL/Python is preferred.
