Job Responsibilities:
- Implement and manage the factory H&S system per CCI and TCCC standards; monitor performance and report to management.
- Identify and eliminate hazards through job and workplace assessments with employee involvement.
- Conduct and update OSH risk assessments; apply and monitor appropriate control measures.
- Schedule H&S checks and maintenance; manage PPE inventory, testing, and compliance.
- Lead H&S culture programs (e.g., Hand in Hand 2.0); track progress and recommend improvements.
- Support departments on H&S compliance to meet or exceed 85% Safety Maturity Index.
- Ensure machinery, tools, and installations comply with OSH and company safety standards.
- Monitor contractor compliance with OSH policies during onsite work.
- Manage fire safety: risk prevention, equipment readiness, fire drills, and crew coordination.
- Attend H&S committee meetings; share safety updates and recommendations.
- Investigate incidents and near-misses; implement corrective actions and analyze trends.
- Coordinate with Workplace Health Unit on occupational health and incident evaluations.
- Develop and deliver targeted OSH training programs to strengthen safety culture.
- Ensure all safety-related licenses and certifications are current.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- 6–8 years of experience in Health & Safety or a related engineering field
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline
- NEBOSH (IGC), IOSH, or Diploma in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) preferred
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, ISO 45001, and applicable local/international safety standards
- Skilled in identifying workplace hazards and conducting thorough risk assessments
- Experienced in safety audits, inspections, and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Effective communicator with a track record in delivering safety training and awareness programs
- Demonstrated leadership in fostering a proactive safety culture across teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and skilled in preparing clear, actionable H&S reports
