Coca-Cola Bangladesh Beverages is hiring Assistant Manager – Production 2022 in Mymensingh.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for identifying, recommending, and implementing changes to improve safety, quality, productivity, increase reliability, and reduce waste from the production process by increasing yields towards the control of cost per case.
- Responsible for leading and monitoring individual assignments to accomplish the goals of the supply chain aligned with business objectives and manufacturing plans.
- Responsible for leading individual line performance along with its shift operation as assigned.
- Responsible for training, developing, and evaluating production associates on a regular basis and taking corrective actions as needed to build the capability on hard and soft skills to meet current and future business needs
- Responsible for executing maintenance (preventive, predictive, and breakdown) as well as spare inventory for line equipment to sustain reliability and availability of the manufacturing equipment and facility without affecting the production program.
- Responsible for leading and ensuring product and package quality according to equipment manufacturer and company specifications towards compliance during respective shifts or a specific production line as assigned.
- Lead troubleshooting whenever it is needed towards business priority collaboration with key stakeholders.

Eligibilities
Education & Experience Requirements:
- B.Sc. in EEE or Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics from any reputed university.
- Hands-on experience of 5 to 6 years in liquid filling and packaging line production, operation, and maintenance from any industry.
- Having exposure to manufacturing productivity tools and techniques, like 5s, Lean Six Sigma, TPM, PDCA, Fishbone or Ishikawa process, Whys Analysis, etc., will be treated as an additional advantage.
