Citi is hiring Finance Manager 2022 in Dhaka
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of reports to various constituencies based on requirements of local regulators, US GAAP etc.
- Assist with closing the books and sub-ledgers and preparation of financial statements at the end of reporting period
- Assist with the coordination of internal and external audit and Bangladesh Bank inspection
- Assist to establish robust control into financial reporting and existing finance processes
- Facilitate the implementation of policies/procedures and the development of analyses and reports
- Act as a subject matter expert to different stakeholders
- Escalate problems or issues related to transactions, processes, reports, or procedures
- Assist in preparation of tax and VAT return, appeal and audit related activities

Eligibilities
- 2-5 years of previous experience required
- Professional qualification (CA, CMA etc.) would be added advantage
- Self-motivated and detail oriented
- Working knowledge of related industry practices and standards
- Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
