CEVA Logistics is hiring Head of Air Freight  2022 in Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitors air freight performance following the breakdown annual/monthly budget and target.

• Manages the implementation of airfreight product in the country to create an opportunity for revenue growth.

• Establishes working procedures for the department to archive work efficiency and productivity targets.

• Supports BD team for SOP, competitive pricing and solutions. Assists sales personnel for key business opportunities with customer reviews and meetings.

• Provides internal training to team, upgrading airfreight personnel skills.

• Reports regularly to Management for airfreight developments, growth, shortfalls, issues and initiatives, forecast, etc.

• Prepare maintain Bangladesh airfreight organization to be the best in class in the industry at all times

• Improve and maintain best in class relationship with airlines, ground handling agent and other stake holders at all times. Visit airlines, Biman and CFS operations regularly.

• Build , establish and maintain SLAs / contracts with providers of CFS services for airfreight business. Review cost and KPIs for these providers. Key area of concentration is to improve cost , productivity and accuracy.

• Attend and manage all RFQ and related activities pre and post RFQ including but not limited to procuring rates from airlines, comparing rates and services and create highest value proposition for customers.

• Maintain operational standards, deliver the value for company, cut costs wherever possible. Make CEVA a choice of customers.
