BYLC is hiring Deputy Manager, Professional Development and Training 2022 in Dhaka

Job responsibilities:

● Forming partnerships with University clubs and organizations of reputed education institutes

● Conduct regular monthly workshop training in collaboration with the University clubs to ensure a continuous flow of students are coming to the professional development programs

● Conduct training for different program departments such as Ventures, Leadership Development and Teaching team, BYLCx, etc as and when required

● Design a robust curriculum to increase the employability rate of PDT-led program graduates and constantly update the curriculum based on job market trends and employers’ expectations from job applicants

● Lead the teaching and facilitation team for PDT and ensure their proper training and mentorship

● Conduct training sessions in the career development programs and coordinate with the Employer Engagement team to manage the resource people for the training sessions if/when needed

● Coordinate with the procurement and program teams (or responsible team for logistics) to ensure the logistics of the professional development programs

● Work with the BYLCx team to develop video lectures for dissemination through our online platform as well as, to ensure the PDT-led programs following the blended learning model run smoothly

● Coordinate with the marketing and admission teams to onboard the participants of the PDT-led programs and events

● Plan and strategize the retention mechanism for the program participants to ensure the maximum number of participants graduate from the programs

● Coordinate with the Employer Engagement team to hand over the PDT program participants after their graduation from the program

● Arrange and conduct regular workshops and sessions for the alumni of PDT by conducting sessions inside and outside of Dhaka, if and when required

● Able to meet donor targets and requirements as assigned by the management

● Develop the curriculum, plan, coordinate, and conduct the training sessions for the Facilitators for Facilitator Development Programs to prepare them for professional development program

Eligibilities

Education:

● Bachelors in any relevant field. Masters students will be preferred.
