Job Responsibilities:
- Acquiring New Customers, managing existing customers and maximizing sales and GP for Personal Care & Home Care in Bangladesh
- Increase the GP and our product offerings of assigned customers
- Has the ability to rive cross-sell & upsell opportunities
- Developing New customers in these regions.
- Non-Core Supplier Management.
- Forecast/Stock Planning for the customer Base.
- Customer mapping for distribution business optimization & hunt for untapped customers for introducing existing or new products
- Focus on customer segmentation and give the customer-wise proper weightage for optimizing the business
- Reporting of CRM activities including potentials and opportunities of pipeline business as per business requirement

Eligibilities
Working Experience:
- 3- 5 years in relevant field
Educational requirement:
- Bachelors in Science/Chemistry. MBA will add an advantage.
Additional Requirements:
- Thorough & clear understanding of ingredients used in Personal Care products.
- Strong market knowledge & customer relationship is must.
- Effective communication and presentation skill is required.
- Knowledge on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) report and analysis for the growth of the business consistently.
