Job Responsibilities
- Preparing and drafting company registration related documents, like: LTD, Import-Export License, Intellectual Property (Patent, Copywrite & Trademark),BSTI, Business Authority Licensing, Tax VAT Filing, Business profile, Financial Forecasting, Board Consents and NDAs, Due Diligence & Valuation,Share Issue & Transfer etc
- Drafting deed of agreement, power of attorney, legal notice, service agreement and other legal documents as required by the company
- Monitoring, communication and negotiation with RJSC and other government and autonomous office for and on behalf of the organization
- Incumbent should have proper knowledge for handling clients by providing them advice on company compliance related issues.

- LLM/ LLB (Hons) from any reputed university
- Experience in relevant fields will be given preference.
- Fresher’s with sufficient knowledge of company compliance issue can apply also
- Excellent & pleasant communication, negotiable & leadership skill, honesty, punctual, proactive, hard working and ability to calm under pressure
- Good analytical and prompt decision making capability, report writing skills.
