Brac is looking for Senior Manager, Strategic Engagement & Organisational Learning, Social Innovation Lab 2026 in Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with the Head of Innovation to conceptualise, design and execute flagship innovation platforms, including the Frugal Innovation Forum (conference, innovation challenge, and fellowship), ensuring alignment with BRAC’s strategic priorities and global positioning.
• Oversee internal innovation engagement initiatives, including Innovation Adda, Failure Talks, and BRAC Innovation Exhibition, to foster a culture of experimentation, reflection, and cross-programme collaboration.
• Facilitate synergy and support organisational learning systems, including the design and publication of the Failure Report and the management of the pilot tracker (tracking~35 pilots annually), ensuring synthesis of insights for senior leadership.
• Establish and manage strategic learning partnerships, collaborations with academic and research institutions to strengthen research, evidence generation, and knowledge exchange.
• Oversee SIL’s knowledge communication and visibility, including newsletter production and external/internal communication outputs, ensuring consistent narrative and thought leadership positioning.
• Drives stakeholder engagement and cross-unit collaboration, working closely with BRAC programmes, MEAL, Communications, Procurement, Finance and external partners to ensure coherence, ownership, and impact of innovation initiatives.
• Familiar with landscape scanning, stakeholder mapping, and early-stage evaluation of pilots or prototypes to inform innovation or strategic decisions.
• Knowledge of frugal innovation, adaptive learning, and systems thinking in development contexts.
• Strong planning and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Analytical and synthesis skills to translate data and experiences into actionable insights.
• Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme’s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
• Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
