Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure IT support services for UPGI operations in Head office and Country level and maintain industry standard procedures for the systems and applications and IT service management.
- Provide prompt support to the priority of problems and guide them to resolve the problem of ERP and other existing applications and infrastructure to the proper escalation channel.
- Assist with preparation/upgradation of requirements specifications, user manuals and other project related documents.
- Admin support with email, network, hardware, server Infrastructure for HO and BI wide countries.
- Organize and provide technical support to virtual meetings and take meeting minutes.
- User activation, deactivation and overall systems and applications user administrations (e.g. operating systems, Office productivity tools, packages, antivirus etc.) for UPGI operative countries.
- Prepare various customized reports/raw data for management, audit or any other purposes as and when required.
- Identify process improvement scope for existing process and propose for new process automation.

Eligibilities
Educational Requirements:
- Minimum BSc in Computer Science
Required Competencies:
- Clear and Concise business requirements/specifications writing skills
- Knowledge in software development and software quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Competencies in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- In-depth knowledge with both white box and black box testing
- Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
- Knowledge of wireframing, different UI/UX designers and business process automation tools
- Hand-on knowledge in project management and ERP software
Experience Requirements:
- 0-1 year of experience in relevant field.
