Job Responsibilities:
- Manage overall production operation of the factory
- Develop a production plan and ensure the highest productivity through strict implementation of QC principles, effective supervision, routine inspection, and proper accountability
- Monitor and ensure the manufacturing process as per planning, guidelines and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
- Monitor daily production activities
- Create raw materials demand as per the analysis of work order (previous & forecast)
- Manage raw material and finished goods inventory
- Provide support on cylinder development purpose
- Maintain machine schedule & manpower

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- The candidate should have a graduation in any discipline ( science background/mechanical engineering will be given preference) with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academic examinations.
- At least 05 years
- Education and Experience will be relaxed for the potential Candidates
- Minimum 05 years experience in production of any packaging industry
- Minimum 3 years experience in a managerial position
