BRAC-Aarong is looking for Senior Officer, Learning and Development, Human Resources 2025 in Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting training needs analysis (TNA)
- Organizing, and conducting different training programs that address specific business needs
- Prepare annual training calendar and follow up on its implementation
- Develop and prepare training content as per assignments
- Assist in preparing training budgets
- Maintain liaison with external stakeholders, i.e., training institutes, trainers, etc.
Safeguarding Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
- Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so

Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably BBA in HRM) from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience is preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Enthusiastic attitude, works well on teams and able to adapt quickly to a fast-moving environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
