Job Responsibilities:

  • You’ll be the front line of support, addressing customer queries, concerns, and feedback with a warm and empathetic approach. Your goal will be to ensure each customer interaction leaves a positive and lasting impression.
  • Utilize your problem-solving skills to solve technical issues related to our vehicle tracking system and guide customers through step-by-step solutions.
  • Work closely with our technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues promptly, ensuring smooth resolutions for our customers.
  • Identify opportunities to educate customers about new features and services, offering additional solutions that best suit their needs.
  • Share valuable customer feedback with our team on a daily basis. Your insights will help Bondstein for continuous improvement in our products and services.
  • Keep a detailed log of customer interactions, ensuring clear and concise records of queries, resolutions, and feedback. Your organized notes will be our treasure map to improve services.

Eligibilities

Job Requirements:

  • Previous work experience in customer service is a must! Enthusiastic current students with prior experience in the Customer Service domain are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure clarity and empathy in all interactions.
  • While we provide training, basic technical knowledge or experience with vehicle tracking systems is advantageous.
  • This is a one-year contractual position, making it an ideal opportunity for anyone looking to gain real-world experience in the customer service domain.
