Big Blue Communications is looking for Business Development Coordinator: Bids and Proposals 2025 in Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify, assess, and share new business opportunities with the team daily
- Maintain a consistent and growing opportunity pipeline; ensure early visibility of prospects
- Attend funder meetings to discuss potential collaborations and explore new opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential funders and key stakeholders
- Analyze project Terms of Reference with meticulous attention to detail
- Lead the development and timely submission of high-quality, client-aligned proposals
- Coordinate proposal content and inputs from internal teams and partner organizations
- Ensure proposals meet top standards in language, clarity, tone, structure, and formatting
- Conduct industry research to support pricing strategies and content development
- Write business cases, competitor analyses, executive summaries, and market insights
- Align proposal language and structure with client needs and evaluation criteria
- Maintain and improve the proposal tracking and document management systems
- Organize and update libraries of templates, bios, CVs, capability statements, and case studies
- Gather and analyze feedback from both successful and unsuccessful bids
- Share insights and recommendations to continuously enhance proposal effectiveness

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to 1) scope opportunities 2) win projects
- 3-5 years of experience
- Experience with digital agency or marketing team desired
- Experience in the positive impact space a plus
- Strong desire to work with a growing digital team and help us create a culture that will make an impact on the worl
- Extremely high demonstrated English communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree.
