Job Responsibilities:
- Business partnering the role needs to bring financial expertise to support decision making and implementation of savings and cost optimization initiatives.
- Championing controls the role needs to ensure adequate / robust controls environment in operations, including supporting Commercial Finance Controller, Operations in being compliant to SOX and participating in controls review related to Operations.
- Reporting the role manages Regional/ Global/Local Statutory reporting and ad-hoc internal and external requirements for reporting

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or equivalent
- Above 3 years of experience in a global FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment
- A thorough understanding and knowledge of relevant finance tools and systems
- Rational decision making and problem-solving ability is essential
- Upbeat, self-motivated, result-driven, highly adaptable, and able to work independently
